Michael Darrell Hagan, 18, complicity to unlawful transaction with a minor, second-degree.

Joy Ray Helton III, 25, failure to appear.

James Scott Mackin, 47, criminal mischief, third-degree.

Zachary T. Upchurch, 24, possession of controlled substances, first-degree (heroin); possession of drug paraphernalia; reckless driving.

Susann Gloria Gray, 61, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting under $500.
