Obituary: Mary Ernestine Brady, 90, Lebanon
Mary Ernestine Brady, 90, of Lebanon, died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015, at the Village of Lebanon. She was born Aug. 31, 1925 in Lebanon.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Thomas O’Shea Brady; her parents, Ernest O’Neal and Gertrude Hines Buckman; one daughter, Mary Cecilia Spalding; two sons, Michael O’Shea and Russell Brady; one sister, Florine Vaughn; three brothers, Joseph Buckman, Charles Buckman and Russell Buckman; two grandsons, Tommy Brady and Buddy Brady; and one great-granddaughter, Aryonna McCray.
She is survived by two daughters, Rose (Jerry) Hamilton of Bardstown and Marcella (Doug) Ray of Lebanon; six sons, Jerry Brady, William Ernest Brady, Tommy (Wanda) Brady, Joe Paul (Vickie) Brady, Eugene (Rhonda) Brady, all of Lebanon and Richard (Arlene) Brady of Elizabethtown; two sisters, Norma Jean Cissell of Louisville and Martha Ann Mills of New Albany, Ind; three brothers, Thomas Buckman and David Buckman, both of St. Joe and Kenneth Buckman of Lebanon; 22 grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild.
The funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015, at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church in Calvary with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, 2015, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a prayer service at 7 p.m. with Deacon Joe Dant.
The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
