Obituary: Dennis Leroy Robey, 69, Loretto

Dennis Leroy Robey, 69, of Loretto, died Friday, Dec. 10, 2015, at his home. He was born Aug. 23, 1946, in Cincinnati. He was employed at TG Kentucky in Lebanon.

Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Maddox Robey of Elizabethtown; two sons, Mike Robey of Cincinnati and Mark Robey of Falmouth, KY; one brother, Robert Robey of Cincinnati; five stepchildren, Joseph Lee Maddox (Sara) of Gallatin, Tenn., Tasha Maddox of Radcliff, Maurice Maddox of Bardstown, Valarie Maddox and Tina Maddox, both of Elizabethtown; a number of grandchildren; and a number of stepgrandchildren.

The funeral is 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, 2015, at Souls’ Harbor Assembly of God Church, 5231 Louisville Road, Cox’s Creek. Burial is in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Bardstown. Pastor David Conway will officiate.

Visitation is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday at the church.

The Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto is in charge of the arrangements.
