Obituary: Keaton Joseph Hall, 24, Bardstown

KEATON JOSEPH HALL

Keaton Joseph Hall, 24, of Bardstown, died Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015 on US31 E in Nelson County. He was born Sept. 28, 1991, in Ypsilanti, Mich. to Bryan Kenneth and Marlene Russell Hall. He was a 2010 graduate of Bardstown High School, a 2014 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics. He was an employee of EH Construction. He was an avid UK fan and was involved in many sporting activities while he was a student at Bardstown High School. He also played on intramural teams at the University of Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Lee M. Russell; and an uncle, Nicky Russell.

He is survived by his parents, Bryan Kenneth and Marlene Russell Hall of Bardstown; one sister, Katie Hall of Lexington; one brother, Corey (Erin) Hall of Bardstown; his paternal grandparents, Joseph Carroll and Arbutus Hall of Lebanon Junction; his maternal grandmother, Beatrice Russell of Bardstown; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015, at Parkway Baptist Church with Bro. Richard Carwile and the Rev. Leland Parks officiating. Burial is in the Bardstown Cemetery. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015, and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at Parkway Baptist Church.

The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
