Obituary: Barbara Jean Hill, 64, Bardstown

Barbara Jean Hill, 64, of Bardstown, died Monday, Dec. 28, 2015, at Flaget Memorial Hospital. She was born April 20, 1951, in Mannsville. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Hill of Bardstown; one son, Billy (Rae) Hill Jr. of Shepherdsville; two daughters, Kimberly (Keith) Howard of Lexington and Stacey Barnes of Washington D.C.; three sisters, Mary Ann Maupin, Betty Jean Derringer, and Martha Cox; two brothers, Robert Malone, and Curtis Malone; and grandchildren, Tyler, Aric, and Sydney Barnes, Austin, and Jenna Tinnell, Justin, and Jacob Hill, and McKayla Sandoval; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in the Bardstown Cemetery at a later date.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015 and 9-11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015 at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may go to American Cancer Society.
