Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015 – The Bardstown City Council met Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015 after delaying its originally scheduled Dec 22 meeting one week.The council approved changes to the city’s alcohol ordinances, including permission for package liquor sales to begin at 6 a.m.; approved rate changes for the city cable TV system; approved five appointments to the new Code Enforcement Board; and received a report on the audit of the city’s fiscal year 2014-15 finances. The council also rejected the E-911 Dispatch Board.
