Obituary: Donna Lynn Slaven, 59

Donna Lynn Slaven, 59, died Monday, Jan. 4, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Slaven and Evelyn Mae LaFollette.

Survivors include one sister, Paula Kay Slaven; and four brothers, Wiliam Eugene Slaven, Robert Wayne Slaven, Oscar Stanley Slaven and Emery Price Martin.

The funeral is 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction with burial in the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.

Visitation is 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
