Obituary: Sada Harushima Fultz, 81, Hodgenville

Sada Harushima Fultz, 81, of Hodgenville, died Friday, Jan. 8, 2016, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. She was born in Tokuslima, Japan, on March 28, 1934, to the late Noeobuta and Yosiko Fuko Harushima. She and her husband were a truck driving team for CNH funeral_angelTransportation / Inway Landstar Trucking Co.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Noeobuta and Yosiko Fuko Harushima.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Edward Fultz of Hodgenville; two daughters, Mary Ann Aton of Elizabethtown and Nancy Sue Camack of Rineyville; one son, Bobby William Fultz of Hodgenville; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In keeping with her family’s wishes, cremation was chosen. Her family will have a private service at a later date.

The William R. Rust Funeral Home Hodgenville Chapel, 612 North Lincoln Blvd. in Hodgenville is in charge of the arrangements.
