Obituary: Jim Hall, 50, Bardstown
Jim Hall, 50, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was born June 9, 1965 in Kankakee, Ill. He was an employee for Ovassco Industries and spent many years in management, due to his gift with numbers and people. He was a member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Marilyn Hall; and his maternal grandmother, Vivian Davis.
He is survived by one daughter, Megan (Charlie) Witt of Knoxville; one son, Thomas Hall of Knoxville; his fiancé, Jacki Dever of Louisville; one brother, John (Pattie) Hall of Louisville; one niece, Mikayla Hall; and one nephew, Michael Hall.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 15, 2016, at the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Bardstown with cremation to follow.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016, and 9-10:30 a.m. Friday at Barlow Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may go to the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) or the Bardstown High School Athletic Fund.
