Patsy Rae May Myers, 60, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016. She was born April 15, 1955, in Lebanon. She worked as an insurance clerk for Lebanon Pediatrics, and was a member of River of Life Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Ray and Gladys Caulk May.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Anthony “Mike” Myers of Lebanon; and one brother, David May of Panama City, Fla.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon officiated by Bro. Troy Shelton with assistance from Deacon Dennis May. Burial is in the Old Liberty Cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu in flowers, expressions of sympathy make take the form of contributions to Hospice of Central Kentucky.
The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
