Town & Country Bank named one of the ‘Best Places to Work in Kentucky’

Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, 1:34 a.m. — Town & Country Bank & Trust Co. has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM).
Town & Country is one of 36 winners among participating Kentucky companies employing 15 to 149 employees. The 12th annual list of best places to work set new records this year by celebrating 100 winners for the first time in its history.
The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. The competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.
The actual rankings of the winners in each category — small, medium and large businesses — will be announced at the 12th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards dinner Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at Heritage Hall in the Lexington Convention Center.
