Downtown art gallery show to highlight works by local students

Monday, Feb. 1, 2016 — For the month of February, The Gallery on the Square in downtown Bardstown will highlight area high school art programs with a special exhibit: Spotlight on Students.
This special exhibit opens Feb. 3, with a student reception and award ceremony 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11. Light snacks and music are included in the program. The exhibit will feature the best art projects from students at Bethlehem High School, Bardstown High School, Nelson County High School, Thomas Nelson High School and the Nelson County Area Technical Center.
The gallery is open Sunday, Noon – 6 p.m.; Monday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
The public is invited; there is no admission charge.
