MARGARET CORINE MUDD THOMAS
Margaret Corine Mudd Thomas, 93, of Lebanon, died Monday, Feb. 1, 2016, at the Village of Lebanon. She was born in Washington County August 5, 1922. She was the daughter of the late Louis A. and Sarah Ann Thompson Mudd. She was retired from Jane & Linda Sportswear, was a loving mother and wife, and a dedicated volunteer. She was a livelong member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Joseph Leon Thomas; two sisters, Sarah Louise Mattingly and Elizabeth Johnson; five brothers, Louis Mudd Jr., J.S. Mudd, Ivo Mudd, Paul Mudd and Billy Mudd.
She is survived by one daughter, Sara Ann Thomas of Lebanon; one son, Joseph Leon Thomas,Jr. (Leslie) of Louisville; one sister, Peggy Hill of Bardstown; three grandchildren, Chad Thomas (Virginia), Cameron Thomas Munson (Ned) and Caroline Thomas; and one great-granddaughter, Charlotte Munson.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Lebanon with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Bosley Funeral Home.
Flowers are appreciated, and contributions in her memory are suggested to St. Augustine Catholic Church or St. Augustine School.
The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
