Obituary: Chrisandra ‘Blister’ Linton, 44, Bardstown

CHRISANDRA “BLISTER” LINTON

Chrisandra “Blister” Linton, 44, of Bardstown, died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, at her residence. She was born Oct. 24, 1971, in Bardstown. She was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Bishop; her maternal grandmother, Susie Phillips; and one nephew, Dewayne Phillips.

She is survived by one son, Troyan Burton; one daughter, Patricia Burton; her mother, Nannie Thompson; six sisters, Elizabeth Mason, Amy Jenkins, Lois Linton, Betty Mason and Doris Linton, all of Bardstown, and Phyllis Keeylen of Louisville; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2016, at St. Monica Catholic Church with burial in the St. Joseph Cemetery with the Rev. Jeff Hopper officiating.

Visitation is 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10:15 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

The Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
