Obituary: Doris Jean Katheris, 85, New Haven

Doris Jean Katheris, 85, of New Haven, died Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, at her residence. She was a member of Hodgenville Church of Christ and retired as Assistant Credit Manager for the old Ben Snyder in Louisville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Angelo Katheris; her parents, Kelly and Lillian Reed Smith; and one brother, Charles Smith.

She is survived by three daughters, Sandra (Barry) Webb of Elizabethtown, Linda (Clay) Banks of New Castle and Angela (Donald) Mausert of Radcliff; two sisters, her twin Barbara Wellons of Dickson, Tenn., and Wanda Stallings of Jupiter, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral was Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Brian Wood officiating. Burial was in the Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.

The Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
