Thursday, Feb. 25, 2016 – The Bardstown City Council held its second February meeting 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016. The council discussed and approved amendments to the 2015-16 city budget; heard a report from planning director Jan Johnston-Crowe regarding possible process changes in how the Development Review Board handles applications; and approved a $1,000 allocation from the council’s contingency fund to help defray travel expenses for Councilwoman Kecia Copeland, who is going to a national preservation advocacy week as a delegate from Kentucky.
