Obituary: Sandra Kay Coulter, 52, Bardstown
SANDRA KAY COULTER
Sandra Kay Coulter, 52, of Bardstown, died Friday, March 18, 2016, at University of Louisville Hospital. She was born Nov. 9, 1963, in Nelson County to the late Randall and Margaret “Peake” Downs Coulter. She was a CMT and a CNA at Life Care Center of Bardstown. She loved her animals and was a member of the Catholic faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Emily Jo Jimenez.
She is survived by one daughter, Ashley (Juan) Brito of Cox’s Creek; four sisters, Linda Johnson, Marleen Tillett, Joellen Jackson, all of Bardstown, and Tracy Tillett of Louisville; two brothers, Randall (Pam) Coulter Jr. of New Haven and Terry (Sandy Lynn) Coulter of Bardstown; and five grandchildren.
The prayer service is 5:30 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2016, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Road in Bardstown with Deacon Sam Filiatreau officiating with cremation to follow the service.
Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the family for funeral expenses.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
