Two people die in head-on collision on KY 210 near Hodgenville

Monday, March 21, 2016, 10 p.m. — Two people died early Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash on KY 210 southeast of Hodgenville near the intersection of East Bailey Road.
At 5:50 a.m., Kentucky State Police say that Ashley Moore, 32, of Campbellsville, and her juvenile passenger, were traveling east on KY 210 when Moore lost control of her 2003 Honda Accord and it crossed the center line into the westbound lane. Moore’s car struck a 1998 Chevrolet Lumina head-on that was operated by Anita Aubrey, 48, of Buffalo.
Moore and her passenger were pronounced dead at the scene by the LaRue County Coroner. Aubrey was flown by helicopter to University Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The accident is still under investigation by the KSP accident reconstructionist Trooper Scott Rafferty of the Elizabethtown state police post.
