Community Clinic’s ‘Dinner with Art Auction’ set for Friday, April 22

Wednesday, April 6, 2016 — Flaget Memorial Hospital and the Flaget Medical Staff are again hosting the annual “Dinner with Art Auction” on Friday, April 22, 2016, a fundraiser to benefit the Nelson County Community Clinic.
The event begins at 6 p.m. at the St. Gregory Community Center, 330 Samuels Loop, and will feature dinner catered by IGA of Springfield, and original art by local artists.
Tickets are $35 each, which include all food and beverages.
In addition the auction of local art, non-art items will also be part of the auction, including a Rick Pitino signed University of Louisville basketball; four one-day passes to Walt Disney World; a signed “NCIS” script and cast photo; and a selection of local wines and Kentucky Bourbons.
Now marking its 10th anniversary, the Nelson County Community Clinic is a charitable healthcare organization that provides basic medical, laboratory and pharmaceutical services, free of charge, to the residents of Nelson County who are employed yet incapable of affording health care services.
