Obituary: Sarah Martha Banister, 102, Lebanon

Sarah Martha Banister, 102, of Lebanon, died Thursday, April 14, 2016, at the Village of Lebanon. She was born Oct. 1, 1913, in Marion County. She was a member of the Lebanon United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Emily Hogan Banister; and two brothers, Joseph Matthew and Conrad Callis Banister.

Survivors include a family friend, Lewis Browne, and several cousins.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at Bosley Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Chris Howlett. Burial is in the Old Liberty Cemetery.

Visitation is 9-11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

The Bosley Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
