Obituary: Michael Lynn Baker, 65, Cox’s Creek

Michael Lynn Baker, 65, of Cox’s Creek, died Friday, April 15, 2016, to Flaget Memorial Hospital. He was born Aug 28, 1950, in Stockton, Calif., to the late Elmo Albert and Georgia Mae Dyer Baker. He was a career U.S. Army veteran and a former employee of the City of Pacifica, Calif.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Fisher Baker; one daughter, Katherine Baker of Shepherdsville; two sons, Andrew Baker of Cox’s Creek and Christopher Baker of Pacifica, Calif., three brothers, Carlos (Socorro) Cazador of Medera, Calif., Daniel Baker of Santee, Calif. and Kenneth (Sue) Baker of Arizona; and one granddaughter, Shelby Baker.

Cremation was chosen by the family. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
