HAILEY RAEANN BANKS

Hailey Raeann Banks, 7 months, died Sunday, April 17, 2016, at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville. She was born Sept. 18, 2015 in Louisville.

She is survived by her parents, Robert and Barbara Banks; her maternal grandparents, Orville and Mildred Byrd, both of Bardstown; her paternal grandparents, J.K. and Calla Banks of Elizabethtown; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The funeral is 1 p.m. Wednesday April 20, 2016, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in the Bardstown Cemetery with the Rev. Scott Fahl officiating.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2016, and noon-1 p.m. Wednesday at Barlow Funeral Home.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
