Obituary: Sara Wharton McClure Hagan, 91, Springfield

Sara Wharton McClure Hagan, 91, formerly of Virginia Avenue, Springfield, died at 3:35 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2016, at the Village of Lebanon.

She is survived by two daughters, Lydia Robinson (Tim) of Springfield and Ann Michel (Richard) of Lexington; one son, Evan Hagan (Mary) of Taylorsville; one sister, Julia Lee Pettus of Springfield; and three grandchildren.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Thursday, May 5, 2016, at Springfield Presbyterian Church with burial in Cemetery Hill.

Visitation is 4:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield. Memorial contributions are suggested to Springfield Presbyterian Church.

The Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of the arrangements.
