Jospeh Scott Mattingly, 43, operating motor vehicle under influence alcoho/drugs/etc., .08 (aggravating circumstances), first offense; failure to wear seat belts; careless driving.

Jeffrey Scott Martin, 32, probation violation (for felony offense).

James Clay Shelburne, 34, possession of marijuana; cultivating marijuana-five plants or more, first offense; buy/possess drug paraphernalia; prescription controlled substance not in original container, first offense.

Charles Edward Vanover, 43, no operators/moped license; failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor; fugitve  – warrant not required.
