Obituary: Edna Lucille Smith, 77, formerly of Springfield
Edna Lucille Smith, 77, formerly of Old E-town Road in Springfield, died Saturday, May 14, 2016, at Loretto Motherhouse Infirmary at Nerinx.
She is survived by four sisters, Jane Johnson (C.W.) of Louisville, Dorothy Smith of Nernix, Mary Knopp of Calvary and Margaret Rose Rakes of Springfield; two brothers, Joseph B. Smith (Joyce) of Mount Washington and Thomas B. Smith (Margaret) of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
The Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at St. Rose Catholic Church in Springfield with burial in St. Rose Cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2016, and 7-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of arrangements.
