Big Spring Memorial Day Picnic set for noon Saturday, May 28th

memorialdayvintageSunday, May 22, 2016, 4 p.m. — The annual Big Spring Memorial Day Picnic will be held at noon on Saturday, May 28. 2016, on the cemetery grounds. The 1799 Cemetery is located two miles out of Bloomfield on Hwy. 55.

Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish. Meat and drinks will be provided by the cemetery board. The Jessie Snyder Pavilion can provide shelter in case of rain.

Donations for the upkeep of the Cemetery are appreciated and can be sent to Big Spring Cemetery Treasurer, 1012 Royal Oak Drive, Bardstown, 40004.
