Nelson Circuit Court Indictments — Nov. 17, 2010

The following people were indicted by a Nelson County grand jury on Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010. They are set for arraignment in Nelson Circuit Court Dec. 2.
Virginia (Beth) Milam, 34, Bardstown, theft by unlawful taking over $500. According to the indictment, sometime between Oct. 8 and Oct. 13, 2010, Milam allegedly took several items, including stereo equipment, DVDs, CDs, a 37-inch TV, a NASCAR collection, clothing, weed eater, two computers, tools, toolbox and sports equipment belonging to the victim having the value of $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
Jeredon Lee Tonge, 33, Bardstown, first-degree trafficking in controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
Ronald Ray Ritchie, 36, Bardstown, first-degree manufacturing methamphetamine; first-degree trafficking in controlled substances; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; receiving stolen property under $500.
Qulandra J. Turner, 28, Bardstown, first-degree criminal abuse, two counts, and complicity to the same, two counts. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
Ronald Edward Bradley Jr., 30, Bardstown, two counts of first-degree criminal abuse and complicity to the same, two counts. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
Stephen Lynn Beam Jr., 21, Boston, third-degree rape; second-degree sexual abuse. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
William Harvey Binkley Sr., 72, Bardstown, first-degree wanton endangerment, and menacing. On or about Sept. 15, 2010, Binkley allegedly pointed a gun at a female complainant. He then allegedly cursed and acted disorderly toward police officers of the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office. Bail is to be set at arraignment.
Lewis Ray “Jody” Ireland Jr., 40, New Haven, first-degree fleeing and evading police; first degree wanton endangerment; second-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
Tamatha A. Ferguson, 42, Bardstown, first-degree persistent felony offender, same bond as primary charge, plus conditions, added to indictments 10-CR-343 and 10-CR-285.
Sharoderick Y. Walker, 35, Louisville, flagrant non-support. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
James A. Whitlock, 28, Magnolia, flagrant non-support. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, with conditions.
