Tuesday, May 31, 2016, 1 p.m. – The annual Memorial Day observance at the Bardstown Cemetery was 11 a.m. Monday, May 30, 2016. The guest speaker was U.S. Coast Guard Capt. Bill Huston, the former president of St. Catharine College. The video includes opening remarks by Mayor John Royalty, reading the names of the American Legion post members who had passed in since last year, and the national American Legion Memorial Day message read by Russ Marlowe.
