Two injured in two-vehicle crash Wednesday on North Third St.

emslogoWednesday, June 1, 2016, 11:55 p.m. — Two people were injured Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle accident that happened in the 1200 block of North Third Street near Smith Brothers Distributing. Nelson County EMS, Bardstown Police and the Bardstown Fire Department were dispatched at about 3:38 p.m. for an injury accident with entrapment.

EMS transported two injured people from the scene, one of whom was a woman with knee pain who was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital. The second injured person was transported directly to University Hospital in Louisville for treatment of unknown injuries.
