Thursday, June 9, 2016, 1 p.m. – Nelson Fiscal Court met Tuesday, June 7, 2016 and approved an ordinance to move the county’s 911 fee from landline telephone bills to property tax bills; approved a request to raise the fire dues that support the Boston Volunteer Fire Department from $40 to $50 per year; and after discussion, approved the tourist commission’s 2017 budget.
