Five local churches planning ‘Expedition Norway’ vacation bible school

Monday, June 20, 2016, 11 p.m. –– Five Bardstown area churches are teaming up to bring youngsters in grades K-8 a different kind of vacation bible school in July.

“Destination Norway” will be held 5:30-8 p.m. nightly July 11-14, 2016 at St. Monica’s Catholic Church, 407 South Third Street. Other churches taking part are First Presbyterian, Episcopal Church of the Ascension, St. Thomas Catholic Church and St. John AME Zion Church. A meal will be provided. Games, information about an interesting culture, incredible music and unique snacks will be a part of this fun event.
