Police, fire, EMS called to New Haven home for reported suicide attempt

Wednesday, June 22, 2016, 9 a.m. — Police, New Haven Fire and Nelson County EMS responded Tuesday afternoon to  a New Haven home for a suicide attempt by a pre-teen. First-responders were dispatched at 3:43 p.m. The youth was located by first-responders and transported to the New Haven ballpark to meet with a medical helicopter. The youth was flown from the scene to Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville.
