LEXAS RACHELLE HENDERSON
Lexas Rachelle Henderson, 13, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville. She was born July 31, 2002, in Louisville to the late Jerry Henderson Sr. and Priscilla Jean Pritchett Henderson. She was an eighth-grade graduate of Bardstown Middle School.
In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her grandfather, Samuel Jessie Henderson Sr.
She is survived by her mother, Priscilla Jean Pritchett Henderson (companion Cliff Lewis); two sisters, Jamia Henderson of Louisville and April Henderson of Bardstown; one brother, Jerry Henderson Jr. of Bardstown; her maternal grandmother, Gail Greenwell Robertson of Bardstown; her paternal grandmother, Brenda Turner of Louisville; her paternal grandfather, Alan (Nora) Pritchett of Sellersburg, Ind.; her great-grandmother, Betty Jean Greenwell of Bardstown; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A remembrance service is 3 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2016, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Road.
Visitation is noon-3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
The family request that contributions be made to Kosair Children’s Hospital or Children’s Heart Foundation.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
