Obituary: Dora Hahn, 95, Bloomfield

DORA HAHN

(UPDATED 6/27/16) Dora Hahn, 95, of Bloomfield, died Saturday, June 25, 2016, at her residence. She was the former Dora Bishop, born Dec. 19, 1920, in Spencer County to the late Pope and Ada Goodlett Bishop. She was a buyer for Jefferson Dry Goods and a clerk for the former Bloomfield Dollar Store. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Bloomfield Christian Church Disciples of Christ.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Lois Glascoe; and one son-in-law, Henry Cobble.

She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Cobble of Bloomfield; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

The funeral is 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at the Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Bro. Tom Sparrow and the Rev. Lisa Zahalka officiating. Burial is in the Maple Grove Cemetery.

Visitation is 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

The Houghlin Funeral Home of Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
