Obituary: Maydell Campbell, 88, Lebanon

Maydell Campbell, 88, of Lebanon, died Monday, July 4, 2016, at Cedars of Lebanon. She was born Feb. 5, 1928, in Lebanon. She was a retired secretary from The Lancaster Agency and a member of Lebanon Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George William and Mary Lillie Goatley Campbell; and three sisters, Louise Carey, Corine Campbell, and Joyce Rucker.

Survivors include a sister, Dorothy Close of Louisville; one brother, Sonny Campbell of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2016, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon officiated by Dr. David Whitlock. Burial is in the Ryder Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8:30 p.m.. Thursday at the funeral home.

The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
