Thursday, July 14, 2016 (CORRECTED, filing date) — The filing deadline for local non-partisan office is 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016. This includes seats on local city councils/commission and school boards.

The non-partisan races on the November ballot include the Fairfield, New Haven, Bloomfield and Bardstown city council/city commission, Nelson County school board Districts 2, 3 and 5; and two seats on the Bardstown Independent School Board.
