Obituary: Dorothy Delton Hazlett, 87, Lebanon Junction

Dorothy Delton Hazlett, 87, of Lebanon Junction, died Thursday, July 14, 2016, at Jewish Hospital Louisville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Edward Hazlett; her parents, Irvin Silas and Mary Brenner Ryan; two sons, Edward Hazlett and George Hazlett; one brother, Roy Ryan; and one grandchild, Chris Ashby.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Hazlett (Brenda) and Joe Hazlett (Jan); one brother, Billy Ryan; six grandchildren, Tessa Strothers, Tim Hazlett, William McAnelly, Tyson McAnelly, Serena Hagan and Jason Ashby; and eight great-grandchildren, Tanner, Kayla, Andrew, Rylee, Tru, Jeremy, Chad and Chase.

Cremation was chosen by the family.

The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of arrangements.
