Bulah Frances Russell Tatum, 96, of Lebanon, died Friday, July 22, 2016, at Green Meadow Nursing Home in Mount Washington. She was born Jan. 01, 1920, in Washington County.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Isaac Tatum; her parents, Sidney Green Russell and Sallie Ann Holderman; one sister, Edith Arnold; and three brothers: Hubert Russell, Lucian Russell and Howard Russell.

Survivors include four son, Gary (Ethel) Tatum of Mount Washington, Ricky (Joyce) Tatum of Louisville, Micky Tatum of Newport News, Va., and Isaac (Rhonda) Tatum of Lebanon; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2016, at the Bosley Funeral Home with Dr. Chris Howlett officiating. Burial is in the Ryder Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m Sunday, July 24, 2016 at the funeral home.

The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
