Obituary: Theodore Charles Lewis, 26, Radcliff

Theodore Charles Lewis, 26, of Radcliff, died Tuesday, July 26, 2016, in Bardstown. He was born May 30, 1990, in Bardstown. He was a former employee of Metulsa in Elizabethtown and loved fishing.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Theodore Charles Lewis; his grandmother, Betty Ruth Armstrong; his grandfather, Maurice Horner; and an uncle, James Horner.

He is survived by his wife, Kourtney Wahl Lewis; two daughters, Brooklynn Marie Lewis of Elizabethtown, Makayla Renee Wathen-Lewis of Bardstown; his mother and stepfather, William and Patricia Laswell of Radcliff; his father and stepmother, William and Beverly Lewis of Bardstown; two sisters, Bobbi Jo Young (Chris) of Radcliff and Barbara Ann Lewis of Elizabethtown; two brothers, Dallas Wayne Lewis of Bardstown, Michael James Lewis of Upton; one stepsister, Carly Horton of Bardstown; his grandmother, Patricia Horner of North Carolina; a close friend, Adam Janes; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

The memorial funeral service is 4 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2016, at the Faith Worship Center with Pastor Freddy Riggs officiating.

Visitation is 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the church.
