FRANKLIN EUGENE “PADDLEFOOT” CAMBRON

Franklin Eugene “Paddlefoot” Cambron, 79, of New Haven, died Thursday, July 28, 2016. He was a former employee of Leo Spalding Lime Service, a U.S. Army veteran, and a Catholic by faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Edward Cambron and Mary Amanda Vittitow.

He is survived by three sisters, Mary Sue Estep, Nancy (Ken) Armstrong, and Martha Ann (Charlie) Whelan; and four brothers, Ronald Holbert, Donald (Sharon) Holbert, Charlie (Beverly) Holbert, and Billy (Theresa Ann) Holbert.

The funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 1, 2016, at St. Catherine Catholic Church with the Rev. Chris Lubecke and Deacon Michael Martin officiating. Burial is in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2016, at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven with a 5 p.m. prayer vigil.
