Nancy Carol Ray Linton, 79, of Willis Lane, Springfield, died at 11:25 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2016, at Northpoint Lexington Healthcare in Lexington.
Survivors include six stepdaughters, Brenda Rascoe of Indianapolis, Beverly Brown of Lexington, Barbara Stone of Danville, Renee Linton, Carla Linton and Lee Ann Linton, all of Springfield; one son, Charles Davis of Indianapolis; two stepsons, Bobby T. Rascoe and Marvin E. Rascoe, both of Indianapolis; four sisters, Mary Murphy, Martha Riley and Dorothy Ford, all of Indianapolis and Maxine Stovall of Roanoke, Ind.; one brother, Bruce Ray of Indianapolis; one grandchild; and a host of stepgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 5, 2016, at St. Dominic Catholic Church with burial in the St. Dominic-Holy Rosary Cemetery
Visitation is 4:30-7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016, and 7-10:30 a.m. Friday at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
