John Williams Snider Jr., 63, of Bardstown, died Monday, Aug. 1, 2016, at his residence. He was born Dec. 24, 1952, to the late John Williams “Jack” and Mary Conley Snider, Sr. He was a caregiver and an avid U.K. fan who loved gardening. He was a member of the Baptist faith and a member 
of Bardstown Moose Lodge #2408.
He is survived by one sister, Carolyn (Randy) Leet of Versailles; one brother, Michael A. Carney of Bardstown; one niece, Tammi (David) Whitney; and three nephews, Chris Carney, Andrew (Alex) and Warren Leet.
The memorial visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5, 2016, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Rd. with inurnment at a later date at Highview Cemetery in Chaplin.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
