Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016, 4 p.m. – The E-911 Dispatch Board met on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2016, and discussed the lack of an interlocal agreement between the City of Bardstown and Nelson Fiscal Court; discussed the remaining private roads that need to be named in the county; accepted the resignation of Dispatch Director Debbie Carter; and named dispatcher Milt Spalding as interim director. The board also agreed to send a letter to the City of Bardstown advising them to reach an agreement or advise the board where to forward the calls for service for the city fire and police departments when the dispatch agreement extension expires Sept. 20.  Running time: about 53 minutes.
