Moped operator injured in single-vehicle accident Wednesday night

Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016, 1:30 a.m. — A man operating a moped was injured in a single-vehicle accident Wednesday night near the intersection of North Third Street and John Rowan Boulevard. Bardstown Police, Bardstown Fire and Nelson County EMS were dispatched at 11:08 p.m. for a man injured in the moped accident. EMS transported the 55-year-old male operator to Flaget Memorial Hospital with left elbow pain.
