Police, fire dispatched Monday to fatal crash on New Hope Road

Monday, Sept. 26, 2016, 2:30 p.m. — The Nelson County Sheriff’s Office and the New Hope Fire Department are out at a fatal vehicle crash on New Hope Road between Ethel Smith Road and County Line Road. Firefighters were dispatched at 2:11 p.m. to provide additional personnel to assist the sheriff’s office at the accident scene. More details will be posted as they become available.
