Obituary: Flossie Kathleen ‘Bell’ Cox Taylor, 88, Lebanon

Flossie Kathleen “Bell” Cox Taylor, 88, of Lebanon, died Friday, Sept. 30, 2016, at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon. She was born on July 15, 1929, in Indiana.

funeral_doveShe was preceded in death by her husband, Edward O. Taylor; her parents, Pete and Lizzie Cox; one stepdaughter, Linda White; one brother, Jay Cox; two half-brothers, Jim Cox and Wesley Cox; and two half-sisters, Mary Thompson and Myrtle Bright.

Survivors include one daughter, Sheila (James) Brady of Raywick; one granddaughter, Amanda Cole of Bardstown; one grandson, Nicholas Brady of Bardstown; two half-brothers, Wesley Cox of Mary Mack and Howard Cox of Louisville; one half-sister, Creola Biggs of Columbia; one stepsister, Edna Cox of Louisville; and special friends, Mary Tom and Tommy Cox, both of Calvary.

The funeral is 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 04, 2016, at Bosley Funeral Home with burial in the Lebanon National Cemetery.

Visitation is 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of arrangements.
