Patsy Ann Riggs, 58, of Louisville, died Monday, Oct. 10, 2016 at her residence. She was born August 9, 1958, in Louisville.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Jeanette Coffey Riggs; her father, Roger Burnett; her stepfather, David Riggs; one stepdaughter, Samantha Riggs; and one stepbrother, Joe Riggs.

Survivors include her husband, Tommy Riggs; one daughter, Laura Coslow of Louisville; one son, Larry W. Coslow of Louisville; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

The funeral is noon Friday, Oct. 14, 2016, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Rd., in Loretto with burial in the Holy Cross Cemetery. Pastor Sonny Mull of Bethel Baptist Church in Fairdale will officiate.

Visitation is 9 a.m.- noon Friday at the funeral home.

The Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto is in charge of arrangements.
