Police asked to investigate bat-wielding, firecracker-throwing juveniles

Sunday, May 22, 2011, 1:35 p.m. — Bardstown Police responded to the area of Guthrie Drive and East Stephen Foster for a report of a group of young male juveniles carrying baseball bats and throwing firecrackers at passing cars. A deputy sheriff was first to arrive at the location.

1:51 p.m. — The juveniles are from the Springhill neighborhood, and their parents are coming to pick them up.
