Obituary: Myra Mullins Bradshaw, 66, Lebanon

Myra Mullins Bradshaw, 66, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016, at her residence. She was born Jan. 25, 1950, in Lebanon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Victor Mullins and Delores Thompson Mullins Salsman.

Survivors include her husband, Gerald U. “Jerry” Bradshaw of Lebanon; three daughters, Shannon (Todd) Edwards of Louisville, and Anneliese (Fred) Montgomery and Lorelei (Jay) Raikes, both of Lebanon; one son, Eric (Stephanie) Bradshaw of Lebanon; five sisters, Mary Ann (Raphy) Whitehouse of Bardstown, Linda Ralston of Lebanon, Jennifer (John) Sullivan of Danville, Mimie (Tommy) Brown of Louisville, and Debbie (Joe Pat) O’Daniel of Bowling Green; three brothers, Victor Mullins of Oakland, Calif, Michael (Teri) Mullins of Lebanon and Joey Mullins of Bardstown; 11 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016, at St. Rose Catholic Church in Springfield celebrated by the Rev. Kevin McGrath. Burial is in St. Augustine Church Cemetery in Lebanon.

Visitation is 4-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2016, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a 7 p.m. prayer service.

The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
