Obituary: Jonathan Brice Becker, newborn

The exciting moments of pregnancy and delivery turned to heartache and sorrow as Charles L. Becker and Michelle M. (Haba) Becker delivered a stillborn son on Nov. 3, 2016 at Norton County Hospital in Norton, Kan.

Jonathan Brice Becker was 5 lbs. 12 oz. and 18 1/2 inches long. He was loved from his beginning and will be until we meet again.

He is survived by his parents, Charles and Michelle Becker of Logan, Kan.; his grandparents, Darren and Dorothy Becker of Logan, Kan., and Lonnie and Marilyn Haba of Glenvil, Neb.; his great-grandparents; eight aunts; 10 uncles; and 24 first cousins.

The funeral was Monday, Nov. 7, 2016, at St. John’s Catholic Church in Logan, Kan., with the Rev. George Chalbhagam officiating. A private family burial was held at Pleasant View Cemetery in Logan, Kan.

The Logan Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
